Just had my long tube headers from xforce installed with cats and 3 inch connection pipe. I got a bunch of codes, IAT sensor, Cat Sensor below threshold and also Slow response. Misfire. Anyone have any idea what happened. Was thinking of replacing all the o2 sensors

Those codes could have been caused as a result of cycling the ignition during the LTH install and were never cleared. I would write down all of the codes and save them, then clear the codes and see if they return. This happened to me during my LTH install because I had also done other electrical work (stereo and nitrous install and had been cycling my ignition during those jobs).

I did have a check engine from bank 1 and 2 from when I removed my stock cats. Installed the headers and cleared the codes then they came back with more a couple hours later

I think all tunes on cars with LTH now have CEL, as the tuners don’t shut those off anymore due to not wanting any trouble from the EPA. Maybe someone else will chime in and give more info. on that piece.

Did you by chance change out CAI, throttle body or intake manifold when you were doing your header install? If so, have you checked for vacuum leaks? A leak could throw some codes.

I did have to remove my roush cold air intake. I’m guessing that’s why I’m getting the IAT sensor code ?? I emailed my tuner and told him I got these codes and he said I needed to fix them before he sent anything

Check the clamps for tightness on your CAI kit and make sure your IAT sensor gasket didn’t get left off (if you removed the sensor for some reason). That will cause a huge leak and unmetered air to enter the engine. In addition to that, we’re you careful not to mix up the o2 sensors?
