I would recommend against MotorKote. It uses chlorinated compounds which form really harsh acids when they come in contact with combustion by-products and every engine has those. That's why it performed the way it did in those "tests". Initial metal-on-metal wear on a low run might be marginally better but those acids are hard on the soft metals of bearings and things like valve seals.
Looks like this is true. I've been reading and what I see isn't good. These chemical reactions take place in the presence of moisture and heat to produce some serious acidic compounds. Both of which are present during combustion. Thanks for the heads up. :like:

Yeah it's pretty no bueno. Could look into Schaeffers MolyEP. It's a more viscous base oil like the garbage that Lucas sells but that's primarily ester/PAO based AND has actual anti-wear components to it. Also runs a lower dose. It has a rather high opinion on BITOG and I pair it with Archoil 9100 to make a similar cocktail to what they have written about there
