It's been discussed multiple times already. I suggest going back and reading the rest of the thread.

Thanks. Can anyone with an auto chime in regarding the driving modes after installing the pedalmax?
It should be the same. It only affects the throttle, nothing more. Your throttle will become more sensitive so you will have to press the gas pedal less than you do now to go.

This is where we really need a "stack exchange" for threads so people can find the answer without having to read every post from the beginning.

Has the idea of a Mustang stack exchange been floated?

Just took a longer drive since installing the pedal max this weekend. I actually drove in normal mode for the entire ride and loved it! This is a big deal since I used to drive in track mode 99%of the time. The car now feels like it should. Stop over thinking the device and just buy one. You will love it!

Did it do anything greater to track mode?

Or did it just change normal mode to feel like track mode. I'm not that inconvenienced by just hitting up on my toggle switch a few times

:readthethread: yes! Track mode is even more sensitive as well.

Edited to add:

I just drove the same trip home in Track mode. Track mode is also more sensitive and honestly maybe too touchy for some people. It's really all how you control your right foot. The car just goes with very very slight inputs. It's more fun to drive in ANY mode and should have definitely been this way from the factory. Those without great foot control may find track mode too touchy. I loved it but now I can drive around in normal on a daily basis and love it as well. Now I will save track mode for when I actually go to the track/AutoX.

I'm convinced people are just trolling at this point haha. No one can be this thick!

OP, maybe you want to edit the very first post to include a quick summary of what people have been saying, so we stop getting stupid questions.

I am still in discussions with the manufacturer. So far, nothing super helpful, but the rep seems to indicate it is option C (hybrid).

One thing I didn't see anyone mention is this will be "turned on" all the time. If you only use Sport and/or track mode for the increased throttle response, now you don't have to flip the toggles every time you start the car. That's one of the main reasons I'm considering getting one.
