Not affiliated with them, just spreading the word since this was my car, and if anyone in the area is interested I can let you know exactly what's been done to it. Not sure the dealer entirely knows... haha
Also I want to see her go to a good home and I'd love to see it stay in the forum...
Did a few little things to it over the past few days:
- Cut off 4 of the cylinders
- Added a turbo
- Added a second clutch
- Added another row of doors
- Killed all the rattling panels
- Converted it to FWD
- Stretched out the cargo area to about 5 times the previous size
- Added an "I" to the...
This simply sounds like either a poor install, or the pedalmax itself going bad.
If something shorts out on the pedalmax inside of it, you can press on the gas pedal all you want and it wouldn't pass that signal along to the rest of the car. There's a warranty on these things so really...
Awesome, seems to be the exact one I have. So if anyone else wants a cheap used one... :p
You won't see anything on the dyno. This doesn't actually give you more power, just the perception of it as it opens the throttle more than before at any given partial throttle.

Just have to wait until RPM's are around 1,750 to trigger it otherwise it's a more aggressive and loud blip, which is fun sometimes, but sounds a bit...
Yeah, no glue or anything. The little tabs just slide in between any body panels.
But see, mine is in the cabin, so for weight distribution purposes, it's better :p
Plus, I just take a big dump before a race day so between the two, it's a weight loss overall lol
Yeah, I love the stuff. I have it around my door inserts and around the center radio. Never tried putting it in that upper dash area or around the knee covers. I may have to try it out, switch up the interior a bit since it's so easy to install or remove.
And not a bad wheel, but I think I've...
I dig it, certainly looks cool and all...
Genuinely curious. Just a preference thing? Cause the wheel mounted paddles are significantly faster since you're not taking your hands off the wheel.
I saw that, it's definitely interesting. Going to have to seriously go through the entire book of pages on that thread now too haha.
I just like to have the frequently changed features where I can change them without taking my eyes off the road. My hand was just too unsteady to be looking and...
Well guys, it's been fun, but the lack of climate buttons on this thing has finally gotten to me. Impulse switched back to the base radio this weekend while doing some other work on the car.
I'm going to have to find another Android based unit that still keeps the buttons down below in the...
