Hi,

I decided to install jacking rails on my 2022 gt, I tried to order the steeda full length ones this morning, tried 3 times to place the order online, they put a pending debit 3 times on my credit card, no order was placed. Called them, they said wait till middle of the week and try again...

They also sent me a 5% discount code that doesn't work either.
Hard to deal with!

Can anyone recommend a jacking rails?

They all look similar to me.

Thanks, Jerry

I went with Steeda. Easy installation. Since you're living in PA you might want to take a close look at construction to avoid designs that have internal spaces or other features that might trap road salt.

Look at BMR. The Steeda powder coat is shite. I have the Steeda one.

Steeda sent me another discount code this afternoon.

I also wanted to hook you up with my discount code since we don't have any sales going on right now. Just enter the code SM24 at checkout for some sweet savings. Thanks a bunch for your time. I can't wait to do business with you in the future. Have an awesome day!

I am on my second set of Steeda ones. First set on my 22 GT I traded in a month ago. Put a set on my 21 Mach 1 and love them. Sorry you are having ordering issues, I never had problems with Steeda that I remember.. But as mentioned above, I have heard great things about the BMR ones...

I have the Steeda full length. This will be the 5th winter with them (had them on my 2016 previously, took them off before I traded it in). They are starting to show surface rust, I may take them off next spring and get them powder coated. But they’re under the car so it doesn’t bother me too much.

Also keep in mind that if you plan on adding IRS bracing in the future, BMR and Steeda products don’t mix and match. For example, the Steeda IRS braces don’t fit with the BMR rails. And vice versa. So something to be aware of if you have future plans for that kind of stuff. But both companies make good stuff, I don’t think you can go wrong with either

If anything, contact @tj@steeda

I've been running the J&M rails since 2016, zero complaints.

Hello Jerry,

I spoke to our internal team & they indicated that if the card was run three (3) times & there was an error (shipping/billing address incorrect), they would have advised allowing 2-3 days for those charges to drop if you were still having trouble ordering.

If need to call in & place the order with a new credit card - they are available to process that order.

Again, if I can help provide further support - please let me know!
Best,

TJ

Why aren't we just using the pumpkin and pinch welds again?

The differential hosing is not a lift point.
The pinch welds are the correct lift points in any car with a unibody construction, like the Mustang.

I lost counts of how many cars, how many times I raised a unibody car by the pinch welds, using lift pads, and they are all still there like new.

If you are planning on installing Steeda IRS subframe braces, you'll have to go with the Steeda jacking rails, as the length is adjusted for the IRS braces. I almost recently ordered some BMR jacking rails but the length didn't work with the Steeda IRS braces, which are a highly recommended upgrade - really tightens up the back end.

I got the BMR jacking rails and haven’t had any issues with them. The fit nicely and work great!
