He sucked, period. Totally unprepared to answer to his two biggest problems (stop & frisk and female harassment). His prep team totally let him down. Bernie came off as a total lunatic, as always. Both of the woman actually did pretty good. Warren had the best line of the night. Biden still came off as someone whose time has came and went. Best of the night went to Mayor Pete. Always kept his cool and made some good points. They all spent too much time fighting amongst themselves instead of addressing why they would be a better president than Trump.

My wife said he came off as not being very charismatic and kind of flat in general. He didn't seem like he was enjoying the debate or as though he was passionate about the issues. And she said his teeth looked terrible!

I think that's why it can be tough to beat an incumbent president. The process of determining who will be the candidate requires all of them to hammer each other.

Also, in order to appeal to the democrat base they all have to appear to be somewhat left wing. Then to win the election they have to move back to the middle. People know that politicians lie, but when you said something different less than a year ago it's hard to explain.
