I made the mistake of getting an aftermarket warranty once. It's a load of hogwash. Same thing as you. Only allowed up to $2500 per fix. Transmission went out and that cost a bit more that $2500

Hello I'm Robert and am joining to learn more about the S550. I'm hoping to become a first-time Ford and Mustang owner with a Mustang purchase in the next 7 months. :ford:

I've rented 3 Mustangs in the last 6 months and have become so impressed with them I now want to own one.

P.S. One of the Mustangs I rented is pictured in my avatar.

Hello, I'm Trackaholic.

Been following this site since C&D posted their rendering (which I loved) and I saw comments there that mentioned this place.

I never really considered a Mustang until the most recent Boss302, but was turned off by the live axle. Now that the car is getting an IRS, has rear seats (for my kids), and is track capable, I'm very interested.

I've owned:
1984 Nissan Pickup (sold)
1995 Ford Ranger (sold)
2003 350Z (own)
2010 VW GTI (own)

The Z has many miles and track days under its belt, and I'm ready for a change. I was thinking I might get a Cayman, then I was thinking of the C7 Vette, and now I'm thinking I might replace both the GTI and the Z with the Mustang. I've learned that I am not a fan of the powertrain in the GTI, and don't like driving it as much as I thought. If the Mustang FEELS sporty, I would love to use that as a daily driver and track car, and get back to driving a fun car all the time. Really looking forward to more info about the GT350, as that is the version I'd be most likely to go for.

-T

G'day all,

Michael from Adelaide, Australia. It's great to find a site dedicated to this exciting car.

Some past cars;

The first couple were Fords. Firstly the orange Cortina. The Brits made them with a 1600cc 4 cyl but once they got down here Ford Australia offered a 4.1 ltr (250ci ) straight six option.

Next was the Pepper Red Falcon GT (1972). 351 Cleveland 4V heads etc.

Then a few Rotors and more recently some quick Subies. The '04 Sti and now the '07 Liberty GT with mods;

Anyway I'm starting to think I need a V8 again...

Hola amigos!

Long time mustang fan here, hopefully a 2015 owner by December.

Mostly joined to get as much info as possible and to share my opinions.

I bought or rather financed my first car on my own a few years ago, a '13 scion fr-s.

I wanted a GT but it was slightly out of my price and also I didn't want to get one and then see the awesome '15 rolling by.

So my goal is to trade in my fr-s and scoop up a gt with leather, maybe automatic in guard by december/january.

PS anyone recommend any dealers in San Antonio?

Hey fellas,

New member here but longtime member of the Ford family. First ride was a nigh indestructible 95 LTC and I'm currently enjoying my 2nd gen Lincoln LS V8. Sad they discontinued this car as the excellent DEW98 platform almost underpinned these beautiful 'stangs. Even for a ~3700.lbs sedan this thing carves corners and hauls ass! Anyway I hope to be behind the wheel of a 15 Mustang GT by the year's end!

Hey everyone, Randy here. I drive a 2005 Mustang GT. I have had a mustang since I was 17, Im 36 now. I have had my current stang for 4 years now and have added many mods/upgrades to her. Once the 2015 Mustang comes out I will most definately be getting one. I have been a long time lurker, so I am happy to be a member now!!!

Hey y'all! I've been lurking the site for a while, and I finally decided to post on here. I'm a May '13 college grad, and I work in a finance leadership development program for Ford out in Colorado Springs. Picked up a '14 V6 premium in ruby red when I got out here and fell in love, trading in for a '15 GT in oxford white with blue stripes and the track pack here on day one (thank you A-Plan!). Glad I'll be here to discuss it with y'all!

I'll be as much of a help as I can without getting fired! ;) Anything internal is usually pretty clear about how much of it we can disclose, and a lot of times it ends up being most if not all of it, which is great. Probably shouldn't have included my name and location though (plausible deniability, anyone?!) lol
