I was at the dealer buying my wife a new Explorer, this 2018 Mustang GT Premium PP1 with every option but active exhaust, was sitting there, well it came home with me.
All of my fast cars are classic Chevrolet muscle from the 60's & 70's and some Harley and Ducati motorcycles
I took this for a drive and couldn't wipe the smile off my face. It is the most impulsive decision I have ever made
Woke up the next morning, wondering what I had just done ! The next day I went back to the dealer and ordered the Roush Supercharger which will be installed this coming Tuesday
I really wanted to install it myself, if they do it I get warranty.
Only change I made was the chrome 5.0 Badges are changed to black Ford Performance Part
I admit I have a terrible addiction when it comes to vehicles, all types.
I will follow up with pics when Supercharger is done

Hey everyone, just bought a 2017 Oxford White GT. I live in Oregon and this is my third Mustang I have owned.

Bought it from the original owner, who actually works at Ford. It has MBRP axle back, SR X-pipe, BMR Springs, 2018 Intake Manifold, CAI, Lund Tune, and the Performance Pack.

I am new to this forum. I used to own a 2013 GT. Then sold it and bought an Outback (mistake), then sold that and bought a WRX (a little better), but then I finally got smart again and bought this beauty.

First post...first Mustang...I flew to Texas last weekend to pick up a Magnetic 2015 GT Premium, Performance Pack, 50th Anniversary last weekend...then drove it home to Georgia. A friend of mine used to be a member here, he had a 2016 and I followed his build...when it came time for a new car this year, I decided on a Mustang to fulfill all my needs...haul my 7 year old to school, all my photo gear to shoots and at some point get me back on the track...Hoping to learn a good bit here, Brent recommended the place!

Hi all, Theresa from Williamsburg, VA. I have had my 2017 Mustang Ecoboost for a year now, however, have wanted a red one since I was 10 or so and am now a grandmother in my 50’s. Way too long of a wait but so worth it!! Although it’s very basic, I am having so much fun driving it and spending every free minute detailing and keeping my dream car sparkling. This “car guy” stuff is fun!! My only complaint is that it’s not loud enough so any catback suggestions that truly sound good on the Ecoboost would be greatly appreciated. That’s not holding me back though. Have joined in on a couple of my local Cars and Coffee and I’m currently at Mustang Week and am planning on joining the S550 cruise on Tuesday....will just pony up with the big boyz!! (love doin’ Mustang thangs) That’s my story and so glad I found this forum.

Wow, that's very very red!

I have the MBRP street catback on my EB. It's a little louder than stock, not so loud as to be annoying on long trips, a much more pleasing sound than stock, and not too expensive. There's a good sound clip on the American Muscle website.

I am also an Austin local and have the Steeda Resonator-delete X pipe on my PP1 car. It sounds great with the active exhaust and would absolutely recommend it. I want it a bit louder though and need bigger/nicer exhaust tips so I just purchased the Corsa Touring/Sport Axle-back. I am out of the loop on events / meet ups so if you know of any, share them!

What's up fellas,

Picked up a 2016 Ecoboost Premium about a month ago, it had 38k miles on the clock, with a new engine replaced at 37k by the dealer (woop woop)

So far I've already got an Intake, IC and plugs installed, on my first revision of a Tune+ custom tune and the car already feels pretty good.

I come from the world of the Mazdaspeeds, where I had a maxed out Stock Turbo MS3 (Full bolt-ons, Meth Injection, E85, ACT 6-puck clutch, tuned it myself) which flirted with 340whp and 400wtq. Full Coilovers + weight balanced. Being FWD it was a tire buster, I ran through a set every year.

I remember the thrill of getting down with stock 5.0s and always thinking they're cows, well look at me now


This thing to me is just everything I wanted my MS3 to be, same motor, better turbo, RWD Manual Coupe. Except for the extra weight, it's a damn near perfect car. Have taken a couple of 5+ hour road trips and this thing is surprisingly comfortable.


Looking forward to making some Jam, it's very hard for me to sit still and not push things as far as they can go (as is evident, I've had the car for less than a month and I'm already looking at TB spacers to hook up my old Meth kit...)

I just bought mustang #3 for my stable. This one is a DD
2018 Magnetic GT Premium with PP1 and the A10. It also has active exhaust.
I'm currently in Norfolk, but will be moving back to Washington next summer.

Had a BBQ tick sound and dealership alluded to a snapped rod. Short blocks were on back order and car was approaching 30 cumulative days in the shop so they gave me the option of waiting for the parts, buy back vehicle, or replace with another Ford.
