It's probably just the first heat cycle. Everything expands a bit. You should be ok. I think the torque for those is 45 or 55 ft-lbs.

It's 45 ft-lbs which is a whole heck of a lot since the tubing will start flattening before you reach spec.

I used a battery impact to tighten mine, no slip. Mine were already used clamps though, so had gone through many heat cycles. The pipes will also expand a little and relax the clamps. After this you should be good.

This issue isn't unique to yours and so I wonder if there's an issue with the clamps on some of the Corsa systems being sold lately. Reach out to Meraki or even Shawn at Corsa maybe.

Strange! Much be something with a recent batch, as mine hasn't moved even a little since installed. Are the nuts on the clamps loose? Try some high temp loctite on them and let sit overnight.

My corsa has been on for 45k km 2 years every day through winters too. perfectly tight.

And Borlas are not one of them. He had a bad experience with his and it did not meet his expectations of what he wanted, particularly for interior sound levels overall, but that doesn't mean there aren't hundreds of others happy with it.
