Yeah, I buy that and my ole lady will murdwr me lol
LOL

I'm guessing buying the Touring axleback almost got you there. You could always add some bullet resonators behind the H-pipe to quiet it down. Much cheaper than a whole new mid-pipe that you don't already own.

Once I get my refund from Borla, I'll be out of the dog house

Yea, for us married guys, there are limits as to how much we can spend on car parts!

You're right but my wife has a different take on it. She says "go ahead and spend away....just remember I'll be spending an equal amount on the things I want".:frusty:

Oh believe me, I know (married too). My upgrades have been slower than many but they do happen, with lots of research and hints of what I want to buy lol.

I get to spend plenty of money, don't get me wrong, but spending money on exhaust after exhaust doesn't fly in my house, lol.

Although I never made it up above 60 on the way to work, I can say that the Corsa is quieter in the cabin. You can hear it while accelerating or under load, but it's not overbearing inside. just what I was looking for. And it should smooth out even more when broken in.

Once it breaks in it'll be like stock at constant speed on the highway. It'll pipe up when you go to accelerate, but otherwise, quiet.

So I had an interesting night.

Wife stands behind the car and looks at tips all goofy. She says, are they supposed to hang that low?

Sure enough, I walk back to look, the entire system was hanging about two inches lower than when it was installed.

Took it back to my buddy's, pulled it up on ramps, and checked bolts. Loose. WTF

One day installed and the bolts come loose? Is that normal? And yes, we made sure everything was tight when we installed it.

Definitely not! Are you talking the new clamps, or the hanger bolts to the subframe/body?

If you are referring to the Corsa clamps they do require a specific torque, so if you didn't torque them correctly that could contribute to the problem you are experiencing.

Corsa clamps. We tightened them pretty damn tight. But we went through them all and got them tight as hell again.

Hopefully no issues with the Corsa clamps, I'll be checking it daily...
