2. I am not spinning, I am disagreeing. Allies are contributing what they are obligated to contribute to common funding.

3. There is an argument that nations should pay more indirect and direct contributions, as well as more projects. Many increased significantly following the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

4. As you know, indirect contributions include troop contributions (hence my reference to blood treasure invested). If you consider that hateful and sickening, that's you prerogative.

I won't argue the strength of NATO because that is subjective opinion. Prefer to stick to facts in context of "NATO Agreements", which still have not been specified: Contributions required; contributions being made. Facts with no spin.
