Thanks everyone, after talking it over with people, and seeing what my goals are, it seems the Whipple would be my best option for what I am wanting. I appreciate all the help from everyone. Now, just gotta bite the bullet and spend the money to get there.

Whipple the car.

The 10r80 can put in work n/a with bolt-ons and a properly setup car can do great. But the easiest option especially if you have the money is to bolt on a supercharger kit.

You will easily get to the 650whp range and you won't have to mess with the car a ton to get it to perform.

Been doing a lot of reading and watching videos and everything(body) is telling me that if I add boost, at a minimum I should add a billet oil pump gear and timing gear, 1000cc injectors and a fuel pump booster. I only want to do this once, so what are the best ones to get? I know that is subjective, but surely ya'll have some favorites.

JMS BAP is one of the preferred units, as it doesn’t boost voltage continuously. It is programmable and can be dialed in to your liking. I have mine set to boost voltage to 18V above 40% throttle. Much easier on the fuel pump.

What is the latest consensus on replacing oil pump gears and crank sprocket gears with billet parts for FI applications? It was my understanding that these parts fail much less frequently (as in nearly never) on Gen 2 and 3 cars, assuming you stay off the rev limiter.

The Whipple kit comes with fuel kit so you’d be good there

ID 1050X'S are a really good injector that can get you way north of 800whp with a fuel system. The jury is out on the opg's and crank sprocket in the Gen 3 cars.

The consensus is to replace them.

If you are going to boost your car and race it, then I say get billet opg and cs. I would also get an ati damper.

I have seen lots of people with broken crank sprockets.

The only thing I wish we knew is the general lifetime of the opg and cs. They are softer and will wear faster. It's safe to assume they should be replaced. At what interval I have no idea.

I have used boundary opg and cs.

You want to buy a new opg housing when you do opg. They are expensive but the more miles you have the more important it is. The housing and opg wear together and if you use a used housing the tolerances could be too out of spec.

Just double-check the measurements for the opg when installing. There has been issues with several brands of people receiving opg with clearances way too big. It should be easy to check, boundary even includes a sheet on what they shipped with, and Im sure if you email them they will tell you how to double-check the measurements.

My car only has 4200 miles on it, and I have had it almost a year. I don't drive the car much at all. I will drive it more and more as I start to mod this thing, but by no means will it be driven a lot or raced.

I am new to the S550 and Coyote platform so don't bash me too bad. I am now wanting to start modding my car for more power but I am torn on which way to go. I am wanting to get to about 600-650 RWHP and that's all. I am not looking for anything above that, even though I know you can get there pretty easily. So my question is, should I do bolt on's and leave it naturally aspirated or should I just buy a Whipple and be done with it? If bolt on's is the better way to go, what should I get? Other than LT headers and a tune, is there that much stuff out there? Like I said, new to the platform so go easy. If it was a Fox Body 5.0, I would already know these answers as I have had a few of them with bolt on's and power adders. I know I can drop $10k on the Whipple and already be where I want to be. Oh, I want to stay away from E-85 as well. I know it seems like the way to go, but I want to be able to fill up anywhere with 91-93 octane.
You won't get the hp you want unless you add a supercharger. I've got a Roush Phase 2 on mine and it's 654 to the wheels, passes state inspection, gets almost 23 mpg highway and is trouble free.
