Getting a custom box made sounds like your only option. The box size opening behind the rear seat is hampered by the metal drop downs on both sides under the rear deck. You are also limited on box size due to the trunk opening. Zenclosures’ Type 2 box only fits in the trunk one way or so it seems. The box construction is very good other than their terminal cups, but that’s an easy fix.
drop down? You mean this? Where I’m measuring behind the seat?

No, it’s viewed from the trunk. The ends of the rear deck area dip about 2 inches, so the box cannot have a totally flat surface on the top from wheel well to wheel well unless the box height is shortened to clear those edges. To gain maximum box volume with the least amount of trunk depth, you would want to shape the box to clear those rear deck ends while raising the box’s height to almost touch the bottom of the rear deck.

I think Zenclosure won’t make the box’s bottom face deeper because the box’s bottom edge sits right at the interface of the spare tire cover and the trunk liner. If the box were deeper, you may not be able to easily access the spare tire or inflator.

Or you use the drop downs as part of your box design to prevent the box from sliding for- and backwards like I did. ;)
It's far more demanding to get the box in this way though.

OF5.0 max height due to the tabs that hang down is 14”.

question...

To install from the trunk the lower measure max is 11”. I don’t have a square to get the upper measurement to get the angle of the backseat back rest. Do you know this measurement? Best I can tell without a square to make sure I’m measuring perpendicular to the same spot is about 6 to 6.5”. Do you know the exact so I don’t screw the angle up 🤦🏼‍♂️
