1. Too heavy.
2. Pain in the ass to clean.
3. Ugly. (maybe ugly is too harsh)
4. Correct size!

Am I the only one? Need to find a replacement.

Replacement should be:
19x10.5 and 19x11
21 lbs range
$250 ea.
Not made in China.

Help!!!

I agree on ugly and PIA to clean, just posted in another thread on this. I don't really care about the weight though, just the size and appearance so I bought these:

The 21lb weight range and $250 cap pretty much means...........ahhhh might be really hard to find something that looks good and meets those parameters.

I was concerned the HP wheels would be hard to clean, but I found a brush that makes it easy. I use a foam toilet bowl brush, fits just right in the openings to make it one of the easier wheels to clean for me.

Even cheapo Chinese wheels aren't that light.

You're going to have to make a few concessions on those must haves as what you're describing doesn't exist unless you find a used set in poor cosmetic shape.

I am sure folks will love to take it off you for that price. A lot of folks got handling package majorly for the wheels so I bet these will be gone soon.

I didn't know they were gonna be this hard to clean.

Whenever I am looking at some aftermarket wheels (brands) I usually cannot find any info about the weight. E. g. at Velgen wheels, the only wheels quoted with their weights are VF5, any other (I checked) including the lightweight series and forged ones just show pictures.

Is it an industry "thing"? Is weight typically not a factor for a buyer? Or am I doing it wrong?

TSW makes some rotary forged wheels that are very light and close to that price. The Nurburgring etc. https://www.tsw.com/alloy_wheels_nurburgring.php If you click on the specs they are from 18 - 21 lbs. depending on size.

Most people don't care, and all those "boutique" brands don't list it for that reason.

But when you look at track focused wheels, like Apex for example, they very much advertise the weight because track guys care about that.

Ceramic coat the wheels? Should be much easier to clean. I had Forgestar F14's before so I know what pain in the ass wheels to clean is.

Light weight wheels and cheap= junk, that will crack and make a mess when they do.
The loads on a wheel with wide sticky tires is huge if you drive it hard.
It is the reason light Forged wheels are 1200-2500 EACH
