The GT500 & GT350 OEM mid is a heavy piece with the bottle resonators.i would rather get the double H pipe for a third of that (plus the chance that in-transit it gets damaged/bent)
also i'm not really a fan of how X pipes sound, too raspy for me
Get whatever h-pipe or x-pipe you want but keep the active exhaust mufflers.i need some tips from you all on how i can avoid drone with an aftermarket exhaust or at least make it as bearable as possible. when i get my M1 i plan to install a double H pipe and maybe later add the Magnaflow Competition Axle-Back and i'm worried that it'll make so much drone it's undrivable. will it make too much drone or am i worried about nothing?
in terms of axle-back, they as well as Borla only have one option, and neither really sound how i would like it, plus everyone and their mothers has either a Borla or Corsa so some variety is niceIf you don't want any drone, buy Corsa. A little pricey, but zero drone.

Honestly Iām shocked Ford uses the True X on a Supercharged 90 deg. Crankshaft motor.
The Double H from CORSA is a robust mid pipe. The second crossover should get you the tone youāre after.
i think after seeing how this thread has gone, i'm gonna keep the stock axle-back unless it's not enough, in which case i'm only getting something with active exhaustGet whatever h-pipe or x-pipe you want but keep the active exhaust mufflers.
