One of my subs asked me how my car handles in snow. Since I live in Virginia Beach where we don't usually get too much snow, I told him I'd defer to those with more experience. I'm sure the wheel/tire set up along with how each region treats the road plays a part. But, just generally speaking. So, can anyone weigh in on this subject? Thanks in advance.

Driving in snow/wet mode along with the stiffness of sport steering helps alot in the snow

It does great. I shot this video in the last snow. I had no problems with Blizzaks on.

As long as you have good tires, this car with the Snow and Wet mode does exceptional.

Amazing. I dont even use snow/rain mode it just cuts power and nobody has time for that.

I did get stuck once but it was my own fault... snow was deeper than my ground clearance and it got high centered driving. Had to dig myself out. Just make sure the snow isn't deeper than a foot... or just dont slow down ;)

With the stock tires, my GT is pretty much helpless in all but the lightest dusting. I'm sure it would be fine with a decent set of winter tires. I have an SUV that I use in the snow so I don't bother swapping tires (the truck has AWD and snows), but I have gotten caught in about an inch of snow while at work....not fun.

Best,

I literally just did a video about this on my channel.

I don't drive through a lot of snow or ice in the video, but mainly just show the snowfall from Jonas and talk about what it's like driving my GT with MT tires in the snow and ice.

These cars are amazing.
