Injectors will give you fueling room as you go from peaking at 6500 to 7500 after manifold.
So more fuel, okay. Does the larger injector in this case offer any benefits to adding horsepower when compared to sticking with the 52lb injectors when simply adding the 18 manifold?

You're not gonna make more power with injectors. If you're not ready to provide it with proper fueling then don’t touch anything on it and enjoy the 530whp.

I know gen 2 vs gen 3, but I have a 19. Vortech jt-v3, lockouts, 1050s and bap, jlt intake . Did the opg/cs and have a cat back. PBD tuned for 93 made 707/556 wheel. This was at a hair over 10psi @7200. I’m also in MA so the tuning is possible.
Nice I have similar setup except I have a Procharger. I just had my car on the dyno yesterday, it put down a whopping 608whp and 485tq with 18 degrees of timing up top lol
2018 A10
P1x/stage 2/4.5 pulley 9 to 10 psi
Headers “free flowing exhaust”
1050x injectors
Mak 4.5in hurricane intake.

So like a return fuel system maybe?

I don’t know the power loss difference between the two gearboxes but I was at 667/540 before a few revisions. Always variables too, fuel difference, alt etc.. people chase numbers, but for me, if it was healthy and “safe” I was happy. I get adding boost to a non FI car is a risk. Apparently PB and my shop felt my new numbers were a good place. I say plant that right foot and enjoy your boost!

I was just expecting more but I only ever had one revision on my tune. I was told I didn’t need a revision for headers and the intake. But I’ll send them a log and see what they say.

It runs a 4.81 40 to 100 on a draggy but idk if that’s a good time or not. I just need to get a good set of tires and wheels and see what it runs at the track.

650 on pump gas? Stock pump with BAP and 1000cc injectors.
Return system is only for E85 application.

There’s no benefit to larger injectors than you need. They will be needed sooner or later but 52s and a bap are good for around 650whp.
As for headers you can get a set of eBay stainless steel headers and they will make the same power as a set of $800-$1000 headers and they fit just fine. I have installed a few sets and they fit as good as most name brand headers. There are some headers that stand out but most are the same

Wow, that seems like alot. So you're saying if I only add the bap, I'll go from 533whp to 650whp?? Do I need a new tune after for that kind of leap? I didn't think adding a bap alone required it being plug and play. Again, I'm on an ho kit, stock everything with a p1x and being an auto. Thanks alot for all these answers.

talk to your tuner about your goals and in turn they will tell you what you need
Already did but I was intregerd to get others opinions after my initial question about the dyno chart. I think he was mainly saying the car would handle up to 650hp with the simple addition of a bap on 52lb injectors. I don't think it should make any extra hp nor should it require a tune with a bap. Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm still learning.

You need the intake manifold, LT headers, the bap and the 52s. Now you’re car can hit a max power of 650wheel. After that if you wanted more you will need larger injectors
