Green Corvette

GM has some cool colors for the C8. The purple they have is spectacular. The green looks pretty good. I will say, the C8 is a pretty boring experience compared to the S550. Should probably test drive one before you think about trading in your Mach.

Every C8 driver at the track I go to has echoed this statement. Too many safety features that can not be fully disabled and makes it a numb experience.

I tried in Canada to find an eruption green Mach 1 but failed so I bought the FGJ. Maybe I'll trade in it for the 2026 green Corvette? What say you?

Italy's auto industry is primarily located in the regions of Piedmont and Lombardy, particularly
in Torino and Piemonte. I think that the design team for this generation of Corvette were trying to emulate Italian design in my opinion. That being said it is admittedly an Awesome machine but, it kind of lost that American in Your Face Brute Power image that Corvette always personified. The generation before this one did exactly that. Just FYI I'm of Italian heritage and am just expressing an opinion and not attempting to offend anyone. Best of Luck. VAT.

I always liked that darker European Racing Green, was more popular up to the 90s. My dad had an old Volvo 164 with tan leather. Not a very sporty color, though, despite its name, and not every car can pull it off.

Other than that, I think a lot of the greens are meh, including this one. I'm also not a fan of colors derived from lollipops or Skittles, unless they're heritage colors from vintage musclecars.

C7 all day. Issue with the C8s are they look cheap unless you're in the upper trims. C7 Z06 though GD, Im in.

I have a friend who also tracks, and he trusts me enough to drive his Lotus and hopefully his recently acquired C8. Just need to find an open track nearby. I just really want to try a mid engine car on track. If my Mustang wasn't such a nice DD and vacay car, I could see myself trading it for a C8.

But I'll have to ask about C8 nannies the next track day.

One thing to consider is getting in and out of the car. As an older person with arthritis in most joints, I would find getting out of a C8 to be difficult. The C8 is low to the ground. No doubt a awesome car. But the Mustang with it's easy entry/exit feature helps as well as its seating height.

I just wish they offered more of a medium/dark brown interior. I LOATHE light light tan. Looks like the inside of a potato. Gets dirty fast and looks like an old couch. barf

well have you seen the average corvette owner lol? The old potato is fitting. Just needs a flat bottom wood steering wheel

Roswell Green Metallic really pops in the sun, the metallic truly glitters. It comes in the following interior colors: Jet Black. Sky Cool Gray. I have had the grey in my car for 2 yrs, 12,000 no stains or dirt spots. The gray stitching really stands out against the black interior. (Ceramic coated, no denim). My color Accelerate Yellow has a lot of green in it, Roswell Green has a lot of yellow in it. lol They both look alive in the sun.
