I change mine every 4 months, I'm older than dirt and remember if you went more than 3 or 4 months between changes, you had a crankcase full of sludge. I know that it's not the same as in the '50s and '60s but, I still think about the lifter-clatter we all grew to know and love back in the day...
I know that this doesn't have anything to do with the Post, but I can't resist. So, I apologize to any members who are offended by this. 60 years ago today, when I was 18 years old, I was in I Corps running around in the DMZ. Wasn't really concerned about the racing world at that time. Hard to...
I get the "Urge" every 3 years, except for my '18 GT in Royal Crimson, which I will never get rid of. As you said nothing moving the needle, I'm feeling the same. The choice of exterior colors leaves much to be desired. There's nothing that really jumps out and grabs you. That's why I hold on...
I traded my '15 50th YR. Edition in on a '21 CS and it didn't affect the trade in value. So, unless you plan to sit on it for 30 or 40 years, I would not worry. Just keep in mind that whatever mods you make you'll probably never recover anything when trading in. Just "Go with Whatever Floats...
I have an '18 GT Royal Crimson with a Black roof (no stripes). When the stripes go from the hood, over the roof to the rear deck, to me something just looks off about it. I would have the roof all black with stripes on the hood and rear deck. I know that you asked for pictures and if this...
Have had a '10, '13, '15, '18, '21 and '24, all GT Premiums. Never had a problem with any of them. They all "Rocked"! Still have the '18 because of the color, Royal Crimson. And the '24 RTR Spec 2, Race Red.
Found this at Amazon. Hope it helps. Good Luck.

Italy's auto industry is primarily located in the regions of Piedmont and Lombardy, particularly
in Torino and Piemonte. I think that the design team for this generation of Corvette were trying to emulate Italian design in my opinion. That being said it is admittedly an Awesome machine but...
Gotta' say that all of the comments I've read really make me appreciate the Ford shop that I use. In the 26 years I have gone there for scheduled service, they've always started me on time and had me out of there within 45 to 60 minutes. If you're in the area, it's Englewood Ford in Englewood...
Hey rapidred5_0. I have an '18 GT 10-Speed, that I purchased new, (I think that's the 1st. year Ford switched from the 6-speed auto). At times it seems that the transmission isn't sure what gear it's supposed to be in and makes sledgehammer feeling shifts. When I mentioned this to the dealer...
Hey Bama5.0 Consider a '21 California Special in Velocity Blue, if obtainable. I traded mine in for a '24 RTR in Rapid Red and at times I regret it even though the '24 is great, that Velocity Blue really caught your eye. Good Luck and Welcome Back!
