" LOL Don't get me wrong. The package is pretty cool. But I think that a Piston and Rod would've been even cooler than gears !

Nice stuff. But how am I supposed to display the gears ?!?! Would've been nice if they at least used sturdy plastic to display them in instead of the cheap flimsy stuff. Its a 2022. I edited my post. I was wrong about what the gears came in. It is metal, not flimsy plastic like it appeared to be without taking it out of the box. OOOooooppppss

It’s a cool box. Mine is in storage. Not really sure what to do with it. When I bought my 99 (35th Anniversary Edition) it came with a large die case metal version of the car, in the same color you bought. That was kind of cool. (And a leather cd holder )

When I bought my 03 Cobra 10th Anniversary SVT it came with a letter. So this is a nice little perk.

I do think it’s stupid the tow hook doesn’t come with the car.

2-3 weeks ago. I received from FedEx saying I was going to get a package from Ford Performance. I had no idea wtf it was. Dealer never said anything about it.

In the export version of Mach 1 the tow hook actually comes with the car. There is a slot for it in the Styrofoam holder of the tire kit. Because there is no owner's kit for the export version.

That sucks for you guys. I get that Ford’s an “American” company, but you’re paying just as much as we are, should get the kit.

Rumour says that both owner's kit and the Track attack (yes!) are the initiatives of Ford regional marketing (in the US or NA). So technically "our" European region could do something as well, but I guess given the way Ford sells Mustangs in Europe they (the region) are happy to sell some against the draconian eco taxes and state regulations on one hand and having no competition (Chevvy or Dodge do not sell their Camaros, Corvettes, Challengers or Hellcats here) on the other.

In fact we are considered by Ford being lucky (and privileged ) to be able to buy Mustangs here. I mean the real Mustangs. There are like tenths of Ford dealerships in the Czech Rep. and only two are selling Mustangs. Everyone on the other hand sells Mach-E . If Ford Europe invests in marketing of anything it is the small cars "for city" or utility vehicles.

It's mandatory by the law and present in all sold cars, including all Mustangs

Is that a transmission input shaft? If so, it can come in handy if you ever have to change your clutch, as it can be used as an alignment tool.

The GT350 had the flat plane crank and a display holder, the GT500 owners kit has the tool kit and supercharger veins on a rotating display and the Boss 302 kit had the Boss DVD and Donald Farr book. I've got all of those in my collection, just need to ass the Mach 1 one. There was also a Focus RS kit with a shift knob.
