The guy misses the point on the GT350. It's not supposed to be like an M5. We had an M4, and our roads around here are crap, so we sold it and bought a M550i for the wife, and we love it for a luxury ride and performance. But the GT350 has a totally different purpose and much more soul as a raw sports car. I would never even try to compare it to a M5, it doesn't make sense to me.

If the roads are shit, any raw sports car is going to give you the same result. Could you imagine if this guy would have bought an R and was running Cup2's?

Not sure how you evaluate a performance car while running the streets of NYC. Now if that guy wants to come on down to Virginia International Raceway I'll strap him into my GT350R and see if he stands by his opinion that these cars don't handle. Just my $.02.

Don't think this guy knows the difference between tramlining and handling. No shit it sucks on terrible roads and in the city. Sell it and let someone else that knows what they're talking about enjoy it.......only after you remove those stupid fake fog lights.

The car handles just fine, I think he means it doesn't "ride" as good on the street. Any good sports car is going to ride a little rough.

And the guy keeps comparing the GT350 to the M5, the M5 is big heavy sedan and the GT350 will crush it on the track, but as mentioned in this thread, they are both very different cars for different purposes.
