Alex is very good at what he does, id give that a shot o2 is how your car decides the fuel mixture

Since it’s reading poorly on the passenger side, should I just switch it out to the driver side and see it it reads the same before just replacing it? Also weird since the car only has 38k miles and never had an issue with it before.

I legit burnt through 15 miles of range within just the 5 or so minutes of idle. It’s ridiculous how much fuel is coming out. But no engine light when running still.

The O2 sensor responds to the Air/fuel mixture. 1.6 is rich AF. It doesn't mean that the sensor is bad, it means that it is reading a rich mixture.

Do a compression check, and start with the passenger side. If the cam timing is off, the compression will be low

I agree with sheep dog about the compression test I know its not what you want to hear but everyone has guessed timing issues from the start of this

How is there no check engine light if you are getting misfire codes?
If its running that poorly on the stock tune sounds like first thing you nedd to address is the timing from your oil pump gear job.

@Zrussian13 Thats exactly the first thing I said and others I think he was trying to run as many test as he could before he opened it back up but unfortunately its looking like that might b the way this is going

Exactly this. Something is wrong on that bank 1 side (passenger side). I'd bet timing is off. Only logical explanation.
Not a vacuum leak
Not the tune
Not the blower
Not the injectors

I’m debating on just tearing it all down now. Paying 500 bucks to ford for just oil and some gaskets is crazy to do again but if I have to, I have to.

There’s starting to be no other explanation now. The cam codes stay regardless if the sensors are switched, there’s misfire codes on both banks but primarily always on bank 1, the o2 sensor reading is on bank 1. I don’t understand how it could’ve been timed incorrectly if it is the case. The steps were followed, and numerous people checked all timing marks.

I truly just feel defeated. I don’t know to go do the compression test or not. Or just not waste my time and do it all again.

I'd have them tear it apart again and re do the timing. It's the only logical explanation at this point.

Would I be able to check through the oil cap with a mirror for timing marks? Or maybe just the bank1 valve cover to check? Or am I basically just gonna have to take it all apart?

I 110% understand that you feel defeated and we have all been thr but you have tried so many other things man atleast you know you tried all you can before handing itoff to ford. Things could be alot worse like internal damage to the motor or the car caught on fire atleast you caught it before things got catastrophic, im truly sorry man

You said that you had a friend do the timing job. Was this done at the dealership on book time, or on his own time? It isn't really a very difficult job per se, but it is mandatory that specific steps are followed to ensure the timing is accurate on both banks
