If the car has been running good for years with your current tuner I know this may not be a popular opinion but maybe listen to there advice and stick with whats been working for you. They must have a reason they are recommending you to get the fore system

I'd look at an E ray personally if those are in your price range. The price on them is coming down more and more every day and its an awesome machine. I feel like it just gets hate because its called an eray. Best of luck which ever way you go

I know its a real pain in the ass but thats the way I've had the best luck getting them to run when I had cars in the shop that needed a ny inspection. Hopefully waking up at 2am is worth it

They can unfortunately take forever sometimes try the ford drive cycle but what normally works for me on most cars is highway drives at a constant speed not up and down in traffic if you can stay at 55 or 60 for a few miles, then turn the car off and let it fully cool down then do it again...

Also im sorry if you answered this but who is it tuned by? Could they maybe look at logs to check if they see something weird

I would find out what kind of fuel system the car has, see if your running a bap see if you got an upgraded hate and maybe 1 of the pumps is shitting out just to be safe, you dont want to mess with fuel and go lean then you will have bigger issues

And how do the spark plugs look? If your on pump gas and running octane booster they foul out plugs pretty fast
