Haha nice. So it runs fine but a little choppy no big deal. I'd do what others suggested with the crank relearn. You say no light on the dash so the codes showing up may be the old codes. Try to clear them all and see if they come back. Good to hear some progress. If this thing ended up being fine I'm pointing my finger at the tune file.
And if not, this turns into "just leave your opgs alone"

Both should work fine to do the relearn but if the guys that helped you have access to forscan (the ford factory scan tool) id use that

I started it up and let it idle to get up to temp no problem. Went to give it a little rev to 1500 and it held fine. When I let go off the throttle from holding it for about 10 seconds, it wanted to die out and backfired. Then sent a bunch of misfire codes in specific cylinders. Still no engine lights on the dash. Should I go ahead with the crank relearn or back to square 1?

tried to let it idle longer and just get its bearings a little more and after about 5 mins of idling it backfired and shut itself off.

Do you have a compression tester?

For the crank relearn your going to need to rev the engine up some im not sure to what rpm i think its around 4k rpm do you think your car with run for that? And is it still spitting out fuel if it is I dont think reving it is a good idea because risk of fire

I also agree with sheepdog if you have a compression tester that would be a great test to run, if not you can rent them from places like autozone

There’s still fuel pissing out, and honestly I think it will rev, it just won’t end well at all.
