Measure the blower pulley diameter to confirm it is the correct size . I know they come labeled ,but easy enough to check and confirm
It’s correct just measured.

This might help if you haven't already done this.

Fix the belt alignment FIRST. Until the alternator is charging properly, nothing else matters.

Then:

Fix the PCV routing exactly per ESS diagram. The fact that the engine runs better with a vacuum leak means the PCV is wrong.

Then:

Re‑cap the rear manifold port Once the PCV is correct, the engine should idle normally with that port capped.
With removing the vacuum line back to what it was before with the leak, there’s little movement on the tensioner and the belt is running perfectly fine on the ridges. Idling at 800+ rpm with the vacuum leak runs fine. Still should have a tighter belt but it’s working for now at idle.

With the port capped in the back, and the line connected in the front, it is pulling air through the back and leaking. I’m wondering if I should connect the solenoid so it draws less air through it? Although when I did that before it sounded like a whistle from how much air it wanted to draw.

Thank you all for your help I truly appreciate it, I’m not gonna stop until it works right. Just very confused by the decisions at Lund, and why the car runs the way it does.

when it idles, there is fuel PISSING out the back. It basically drips out the exhaust and puddles. Spark plugs are being covered in fuel, and I’m wondering if it’s the gt500 injectors. I saw a post from 2024 I believe with some of the members in this forum helping them, and they were experiencing the same fuel issues and rough idle/wanting to die? I don’t want to jump to conclusions but that’s just my findings.

@ 6:30 the nipples he's pointing to, I have the back capped, and the front untouched like you see in my picture posted up above.

@ 8:30 he's saying you can remove that line and plug it or leave it dangling off for now until it's plugged. I'm not sure if that line is vacuum or not. If it is, you can't just leave it dangling there. Needs to be cut off and plugged or plugged back into the manifold

Sheepdog covered it on his picture. Only difference is the guy in the video is saying you don't have to cap the manifold nipple. If you're unsure I'd just cap both ends. If it's sucking in air a cap will cover it, if it's not sucking in air then a cap won't affect it. A cap is a fool proof way to make it right. Or just plug the line back into the manifold like I have and like bob lob has on his.

If it doesn't run right with the front line plugged in and the rear nipple capped, you have some other issues.
If I plug it back in the front, and cap off the rear, it won’t even want to idle and all hell breaks loose. If I leave it open in the rear, it’s happy.. I’m so confused by it would be running better with a vacuum leak?

Like I stated above, it’s pumping fuel out at insane rates and drops fuel mileage by about 10+ miles every 2-3 minutes at idle. Could it be compensating for the increase of fuel, causing it to need more air and the vacuum leak is is helping it reach a more even level?

I had no issues with the GT500 injectors, but I had Wengerd as my tuner... I've seen so many people have issues with Lund's tuning on these and them using wrong injector data and seen so many jump ship to Wengerd or Shoemaker and all of a sudden their issues are fixed, even when Lund says "mechanical issue".

Seems like you have a few issues going on here, so not saying jump tuners yet, but if you get the mechanical shit sorted out and still having issues... well you'll know what to do.

The thing is I’m already 1300 into a tune with Lund. And I don’t want to just throw that away.. can I even use the LRX with other tuners?

I hear ya. I have no idea, probably not would be my guess. I hope you get it all sorted, good luck.

I probably missed it but what injectors are installed? Something is definitely off here. The MAF sensor is facing the correct way right?

Take some more pictures or even a video of the set up and post it maybe someone will spot something.

Yes I’ve triple checked, it is facing the correct way.

The gt500 injectors, I’ll include photos. I’ve posted pictures of the vacuum lines setup and the belt layout prior if youd like to see them.

Do you have a copy of your form you submitted when you ordered the tune and can verify the injectors are correct on it?

Yes, and Lund even had me verify it twice with the same photos sent to them.

Well dude sounds like you've checked everything twice and done your due diligence.
Did you happen to install a catch can with this install?

How is this routed???

Do you happen to have a plug or cap that came with that catch can?
