2015 Mustang GT
2015 Mustang GT PP1 (does have BBK ceramic coated long tubes) (does have a 93 tune) (6 speed manual)
List of events:
Very cold night (12 F)
Battery was completely dead
Jump started, ran fine
Check engine light came on day after (see pictures)
Orange Wrench light 2 days after (see pictures)
Car is experiencing a weird rev-hang between shifts and even revved to 4k while clutch was fully in coming to a stop.
My thoughts:
I've googled around and found issues with o2 censors being loose, as well as possibly a broken PCM. I believe the dead battery is tripping the car up and I should replace the battery and clear the codes.
Any thoughts? Thanks!

Uxxx DTC are completely normal when a battery dies or there are problems on the bus.
Pxxx DTC seems uncorrelated with each other.

Replace the battery, clear the code and wait. You should really not go around with a dead battery on the car, you are putting undue stress on the electronics.
If the car did not crank just because it was cold then the battery was due for replacing long ago, that is also asking for trouble because low cranking speeds are associated to different mechanical failure modes.

Replace the battery.

I'd like to go back to the battery first.

At 12 F / -11 C, the car should start. Should not be completely dead. Extreme heat and cold are most stressful on batteries, especially aged ones.

The car is listed as a 2015. Is that the original battery? If so, yes, it needs to be replaced. Weak or failing batteries can wreak havoc with any modern vehicle.

After the battery is replaced, be sure to perform a BMS reset:

I think it's a good idea to perform a general test of the alternator and charging system afterwards, to help ensure everything is working as expected. It probably is, but we haven't confirmed that.

With the new battery in, I'd document, then clear all codes. Then, continue to monitor. If the codes continue to announce, people with experience can provide feedback on those.

If the battery has been replaced previously, when was it last changed out? Comparable or better than the factory unit? After the recent jump start, was the battery charged, electrical systems checked?
