There's only really one way to do that and that would be to modify the front HE to a bigger core (that's not consumable). Meth injection works also, but I'm not sure how much more we have left behind the stock bumper support already. The other would be adding a bigger tank (which would be a track only thing), and/or spacer plates.

I have spacer plates and the meth - I'm having the spacers put on soon. Just driving around in 90 degree F heat the IAT on the dash for me stays around 115 without meth and without the plates. I'm curious to see the temp with the plates on.

Which spacers are you putting on? I’ve heard good results with them, but not quite sure what all it entails as far as modifications. Do the pulleys align still? Any change to injectors and how they sit? How is the space between the top and the hood?

Harrop Spacers, they aren't on yet.
I'm going to likely run a 3.15" pulley as well with my current 82.75" belt. I'll post a picture of them they are very similar to the ones I made a model of.
I think they are about 1/4" or less thick.

Hey guys.

Do the Mustang E Force 2300 and 2650 blower share same belt part numbers/sizes or is the pulley height slightly different between them?
I’ve seen the below pic floating around here but not sure if it only related to the 2650.
My 2300 with stock 3.0 pulley has the belt wearing out and I’d like to replace it.
Assuming Gates K060812HD would be ok?

Pulley on the 2300 is smaller.

Id imagine the 6 rib 3.0” on a 2650 and 2300 are the same though? I’m just asking if the belt chart I showed would apply to either the 2300 or 2650. Not sure if the pulley sits higher or lower etc between the models

you can't read the belt size on the old belt? The length would depend on the type of FEAD bracket you have. I'm not sure but I think there was some revisions along the way. Anyhow you could just buy two or three belts and take back the ones that don't fit. My suggestion would be to take it in and match up a size. Personally I couldn't run an 82" on my 2650 I went up to a 82.75" and I have a slightly smaller one {82.56")for my 3.15" griptec pulley.

Not to hijack and for what it is worth I have a spare brand new eight rebuilt that I got as an extra with my 2650 stage two kit it is yours for the taking if you can pick up locally Northern California or you want to pay for shipping

I got the methanol reinstalled different spot due to the adapter being too small, Got the spacers installed and they definitely work. The heat doesn't cause the IAT2 to rise as fast. 3.15 pulley also installed
