What happens with the sound when upgrading the exhaust to a Ford racing exhaust ?
Your speaker audio would stay the same and you would hear more exhaust note from the rear. That would be my guess.

Might be interesting to see what sound is pumped through the speakers when an aftermarket intake is installed.

They would be interesting to see if it changes.

Of course it will change. The input signal is modified by the intake since it is mic'd. Where it gets unknown is how the processing is being done -- are they set up for only the default engine/exhaust specs or is the processing a dynamic filter? Nobody knows that yet.

It'll be neat who finds the mics first lol

Ya. Depending on how they set up the system it may be possible to disable the mic by unplugging in the back of the stereo. If the mics fail or get damaged it would seem insane to have to pitch the stereo. Not surprised they share the same fuse but my guess is that you will be able to unplug the mic with some effort (though to me it sounds really nice what they've done, don't know why you'd want to).

All of those lack a few of the '15 Mustang's positive traits, being:
1. Luxury (none of those are very comfortable cruisers... After sitting in the Mustang, the seats are more comfortable by a large margin. Really the only one I'd sit in for long periods of time. Not to mention the level of technology.)
2. Space (Space has never been a priority for Japanese cars... I'm 6'7" and I could do Yoga in a 2015 Mustang if I wanted to).
3. Even with the weight, it's still getting rave reviews on the handling (at least with the PP).

What I'm trying to say is that it's the best all-rounder of those you listed. It's the only one I'd want to commute in and the only one I'd feel comfortable in for long periods of time. I'm still waiting to test drive before I put a deposit down, and if the compromise is too much I probably won't buy one. However, I'm feeling pretty positive after reading the reviews.
I find the stir/evo sedans fairly comfortable while offering more space... fuel economy sucks, but I'm almost positive I rather have them in the handling department

If I understand this system correctly it is the same system Toyota used back in the 80's. It's not fake sounds, its a simple comparator circuit, the 'mics' pickup pre-determined frequencies and and generate inverse frequencies that are 'played' into the cabin. Technically they are pumping anti-sound into the cabin.

I could be completely misunderstanding Fords system but I have yet to see even from the magazines, how the system works. Pulling a radio fuse doesn't tell me anything other than it shares the same feed as the radio.

Everyone needs to relax and see what it really does. IMO it's not as bad a the amplified sound they pump into the cabin of the GT. Magazine testers complaining about how the sound gets old after a while, it's a 4 banger in big car, it's a 4 banger, it has weird sounds that comes from it.

The mic is in the little plastic cluster on the headliner that has the lights in it. Same mic that is used for SYNC voice commands, etc.
I think they are talking about in the engine compartment that is amplifying the engine note.
