*rolls eyes* You do know that he did not get his car for free, right? His viewers contributed enough for a down payment, in exchange for the content he provides on the car. Of their own volition.
It's funny how certain personality types can really bring out the hate in people. Actually it's...
Wait, what? Racing school is included with an ST? I need to see some confirmation of this...why wouldn't they advertise it?!
May seriously make me consider the Focus RS if it's included with that too.
I've got one, it's really well-built. I still feel like I could easily break the steering linkage and one of the doors sags a tiny bit when you open it, but those are literally the only flaws.
I am slowly being won over to Ingot with Redline. I'm almost dead-set on Redline because it's just so damn gorgeous, but that limits your color options (i.e. no Race Red or TY which are two of my favorites), and I have always felt it looks best with Black and Magnetic, never looked quite right...
They look sturdy, but at the same time look like a pain in the butt if you actually want to take the belt in and out. On the coupe it's a magnetic button strap and super easy to disconnect and reconnect.
It's an aesthetic feature more than a performance feature for sure. I personally like the way both trims look the more I see them, though. I used to be dead set against the base look on brighter color cars, but now that I'm getting used to it it's kind of growing on me.
What do you guys think of the redline and ingot combo? I personally think redline (which is something I really want) looks better with magnetic than ingot, but I haven't seen either combination in person.
Also would you say that maintenance on magnetic is as bad as black, or somewhat less?
