Eco boost VS GT

I think I'd hate the car. I love my GT.
I spent the last week with a DA and some polish. Almost have it show car quality. Just a few spots that I cannot tell if they are in the clear or the base coat.

Like a previous post noted, " The sound of the Coyote engine. ". I have a nice EB convertible nearby that I can borrow (leaving my GT in trade) and for 99.9% of my driving the EB is as good as the V8, *except for the sound*. Which is why I bought the GT.
Now then, I leave my GT in "quiet" exhaust mode most of the time but "Track" mode sure brings a smile to my face.

Depends on what you're after. The HPP is fun that can be had anywhere, and for $5k out of pocket for a premium pretty well-optioned too. It won't win all the races, but it's a respectably fun daily. The active exhaust is probably my favorite feature, really makes the EB sound good for a 4 cylinder (especially on cold starts).

On the flip side, you could keep the '17, take that $5k and get a set of new leather seat covers and foam, swap to Sync 3, and maybe a couple of other goodies. I will say, if you do go after the EB, there will be a point where you will want that V8 again (and your friends will hassle you over it).

No way would I trade my gt for an ecoboost. Even if it had 500 hp and I got cash would I trade. it's v8 or nothing for me. But if your happy with it go for it it's your money.
