Hi All,
Well the stang has finally done it and made it difficult to diagnose what’s wrong with it.
I have 0 psi at WOT and it has 0 CELs
I checked the piping and all is good.
I was curious if my wastegate going bad so i used a vaccum and pressure pump.
When I attached the vaccum to the wastegate actuator nothing happes
When I attached the pressure inlet to the wastegate actuator the rod moves.
However, where im confused is if our stock wastegate is pressure controlled or of it’s vaccum controlled.
Im guessing vaccum controlled which would mean that my wastegate is indeed bad however I figured id ask your thoughts first.
Thank you for your help and time.
