Yessir DOB ! That's why I went this route Good power and affordabledepartment of boost kit? i like the DOB kits and could be done pretty cheap and make some nice numbers especially if using gt500 take of blowers like the trinity tvs.
Curious, what is the difference between the 10 to 12 and the 13/14 blowers??Any reason for not using the 13-14 blower, cost?
Yea I found this one locally for $400 lol came off a 2011 at 10k milesAny reason for not using the 13-14 blower, cost?
13-14 used a tvs instead of the roots improvedCurious, what is the difference between the 10 to 12 and the 13/14 blowers??
Wow. That's awesome! Build your own kit and make phase 2 power for 2k less or more.I'm asking b/c I'm a n00b, not to be a jerk. What about the tune that has to accompany any FI setup? Are you "rolling your own" for that, or does that come with the kit?
I'm a big DIY guy and love getting "the same thing for half the money" but the thought of rolling my own FI setup scares the bejeebus out of me.
*edit*
I had never heard of "Department of Boost" before reading this post. I found their website. I feel like I found the messiah while just walking through the woods one day. So much incredible, honestly-presented info...I had no idea about all this....so much reading to do. Here's the best read on FI for the Coyote I've found yet: http://www.departmentofboost.com/instructions_lists/coyote_boosting.htm
If I wind up spending money I don't have, I'm blaming the OP. ;)
