I’m running an 18v boost a pump on the dw400. This morning i logged 45% max dc (90% actual) running 13 psi boost.

I’m mostly perplexed by the TEXAS HEAT’s 42% max dc with falling pressure. It should absolutely hit 49% if pressure is below setpoint. It’s almost as if they fat fingered the max dc in the tune.
Mike you're running 93 right? I'm close to 12 psi now but I forget in my last logs I was also running wmi which reduces my DC.

I'll check some earlier ones

Not that this is much help, but this is what it's SUPPOSED to look like. I get the same big dip on the initial hit because the PID control loop needs time to react. After that, the lift pump DC modulates to hold the pressure close to setpoint.

BAP is on and it did the trick. Still don't know why BOTH DW400's had so much difficulty keeping up with a pretty mild setup but oh well...

Setpoint is 73 I believe, so it overshot then falls but doesn’t drop below 73.

What does the duty cycle peak at?

Unfortunately this config doesn't log FPDC, but Lund seemed to be happy with it.

What log configuration are you using?

Well well. It's a delivery problem. I'd start rethinking your whole lift pump setup.

Hey man, I work for Lund . Noticed your issue and guess what ? My 21 is having the same issue with the pump. We saw more stable pressure with the stock pump and then the DW400 installed we say mid 30s at WOT. So the car is back in the garage until we can figure out what to do . The set up is a ESS G3 kit with the 6.5lb pulley and FIC 1000 injectors . Pump gas 93

Im leaning more towards just doing the Radium drop in pump assembly with a 274 pump. I guess I could do a stock pump with a BAP but at this point im just ready to take out the setup and drop in a whole new.

Im waiting for DW to get back to me and Radium too. The guys at ESS recommended the Radium set up. The wont see E85 and the goal is just to get this thing done so my wife and I can take the car out time to time. I have seen many cases as of recent like this with the DW pump. I cant imagine we are doing something wrong. This is not the first DW pump we installed. Our 7 sec black GT had it years ago but it was the older design without the internal check valve . No issues after install. That car now has a Triple Fore set up

My dw400 with vortech constant BAP ran 770 rwhp on e85 with id1050x. Dangerous when it was cold out though so now I run an e50 tune, makes the same power.
