I go to Carlisle every year. Used to have my Focus ST on the showfield, just for easy parking and tailgating, lol

This year my Bullitt will be out there.

It's a nice weekend of car talk overload, lmao!

I have been going since 2015, and Its a tradition at this point.

This year's show is fast approaching!!!

I enjoy them, through the years I have only entered various cars in the shows, but always a good time.
Both of my boys have been going since they were in strollers, and now at 14 and 12 they love it.

I've recently gone to Ponies in the Smokies and the Mustang of America National Show in Florence, SC. In both shows, I chose to be on display only. I prefer to be able to park my car, and then walk around and enjoy the car. I felt sorry for the people that were having their cars judged at the SC show as it was dusty with a slight wind and they spent two days constantly cleaning and recleaning their vehicles.
I saw your car in Florence, it was a good show for the most part.

I like the classic car shows, the ones with the "here's what I built" modified cars rather than the "here's what I can afford to buy" pure stock cars.

My neighbor was the "Best of Show" winner judged by the Southeast Regional Car Club yesterday at Skidaway Island, GA!! His first win and he was quite excited!! :)

I attached a photo of him with his BEAUTIFUL '32 Ford Tudor!!

I've never has a show-worthy car but do enjoy going to the shows nearby!!

Love them, whether I have a car to enter or not… here’s one I entered last weekend, so much fun seeing all the cars in general and talking to other Mustang owners about their rides. Prizes, DJ, food trucks, 442 cars packed into our little 2 street town.

That 1979 pace car I had one of those when I was 16, my first mustang. That brings back some memories!

I love car shows. I tend to find inspiration at these events to keep my love of all things automotive peaked. But, as always there are positive and negative events. I found that entering shows solely to show others your passion is much more rewarding than worrying about trophies. I recently won a 1st place trophy for the Shelby class at a local annual show and I felt more gratitude at all the positive compliments from the patrons than the chunk of wood that’ll collect dust on my wall.
I also recently judged an exotics show in which a 2016 Ford GT won Best Of Show, which was rightly deserved, it was about as clean of a car you’d ever see that is actually driven on public roads.

I’ve always been a car guy. Grew up in a car family. I love car shows. I have never had a show car though.

I love car shows, but some are definitely better than others. There's nothing I hate worse than to see a riced out, fart can, scaffolding-winged, neon painted Civic parked amongst '70s era Chevelles and Mustangs. Car shows can be a fantasy land for me depending upon the entrants. Too much rice or crap and I get bored.

....There is also a burger place called Georgy Porgies that has weekly shows and it attract some pretty wild rides...
If my M1 HP ever gets built and delivered I plan on visiting this show. It's a good time Saturday eve event.
