So can you PLEASE Clear this Issue up Tricia? Is THIS Lower Grill (Seen Here on the 50th LE for Reference Only) the Grill for the Adaptive Cruise Control? Why have we seen This Lower Grill on V-6's, as well as Base and Premium Level Eco-Boost and GT's if It's Not where the ACC Sensors are being "Hidden"

Sure, TampaBear67.

Let me do some more digging. I’ll be sure to post any additional info once I get an update!

I agree with that GiddyUp and Firepath, but It still doesn't really go with the 50th Grill either but It is what it is. I just want the Matching Wavy Honecomb Upper and Lower Grills on My Eco-Boost.

Thanks for checking this out for us Tricia.

Yeah I guess they just didn't want to have a fourth lower grill to offer, so they just used the V6 lower instead. I agree they could have made something that looks better than that for those who get ACC and/or the 50th package. I guess if you want the matching honeycomb grills on your EB, you'll just have to opt out of ACC

I don't care about the Adaptive Cruise Control anyway. I don't do enough Highway Driving to warrant it. I rarely used the cruise control on my 97 Thunderbird and I've used it even less on my Accord. The Basic Cruise Control is fine for my needs.

doppler radar is a sonic wave FYI how the sensors work is that they detect the proximity and direction that an object is coming. for reverse sensing, it detects proximity and how it is getting close ...so closer a wave... you will get a faster tone in the cab... or whatever it does but concept, it's all doppler

Yes, but Radar is Radio Waves and Sonar is Sound.

Doppler is good for moving objects, like cars coming-up on you, but for backing-up, just a distance measurement is fine. Both can use microprocessors to determine closing rate, as well as distance, and both can be Doppler, as well. Radar, though, is faster and is better suited to a vehicle moving quickly, like ACC or BLIS.

I'm too used to the Corralled Pony to ever get any other kind of grill -- I'm not a modder, but if they didn't offer the 50th Anniversary Appearance Package the first thing I'd do off the lot was find somebody to put in a Corralled Pony grill.

So does anyone know what puts the chrome bezel around the side windows? I haven't seen anyone else discuss this before.
The Only 2015 Mustangs that get Chrome around the DLO is the 50th Anniversary Limited Edition.

Don't need no rain-sensing wipers. How much of a chore is it to reach my left hand out an inch or so to roll the wipers on and off with my fingers? Not much. Interval wipers are enough for me, and they don't cost a dime extra.

I do appreciate tech, but I'm not so dazzled by it that I "gotta get me one of these!'

If Ford could tuck it behind the grill on the Mustang how come they didn't bother doing it on the Fusion? If anything there's less obstructions on the Fusion grill than the honeycomb/wavey grills on the Mustang.
looks like an RS5 in this picture

I believe I have solved a mystery that no one has been able to answer Yet, Why We have Seen Different Lower Grilles on both GT's and Eco-Boost cars.

I believe All Mustangs with the Adaptive Cruise Control will get the Lower Grille like the one we've seen on the 50th Anniversary with the Horizontal Bar and Blanked Off Outer Ends which is where the Radar/Sensors are located.

I think Mustangs without Adaptive Cruise Control will recieve Model Specific Lower Grilles.

GT's will get the Honeycomb Grille with the "Fangs" continuing in the Lower Grille like this...

Eco-Boost and V-6 Models will get the "Wavy" Honeycomb Lower Grille to match the Upper.
This one doesn't.
