Well this is very frustrating. No leaks from the master but I have a leak somewhere inside of the frame. I checked the master , booster and abs unit and no leak at all. But for some reason brake fluid is leaking through the frame and down on my steeda jacking rails. The brakes are still soft and pedal sinks half way while driving and than the pedal grabs.

I have drained all the bubbles out of the master 2 ways. Each caliper had 1 gallon of brake fluid going through it while draining with no bubbles at all.

I am puzzled here. I think I might have fucked my abs module. I did the abs bleed procedure with my scan tool while I had the motive connected to the resivor with 30lbs of pressure/fluid going through it. I am thinking the solanoids are damaged from having to much pressure entering the system .

But where is the leak coming from??

I also took off the under cover for the brake lines and the lines are perfectly fine no leaks or anything.

The leak could be from the clutch hydraulic line. The line attaches to the front of the transmission and it shares fluid with the brake system.

I know I've replaced master cylinders before and it was impossible to get the air out without doing a bench bleed. But if you followed the bleed instructions in the manual you should have gotten it. The other thing to try is tapping with a soft hammer or something in all the areas that could have an air bubble. Sometimes air can stick in an area and doesn't want to come out, but vibrations can knock it loose.
