Great info, very promising. The 2015 coyote motor has the same bigger valves heads and cast from the boss 302r heads. stronger springs to support the 13mm lift cams.

All the goodies are their to take advantage of the CJ parts. More powerful factory computer, more control of the variable can timing then the 11-14 road runner and coyote motors.

I do feel tuners are holding back. They have yet taking advantage of the variable can timing control offered by the 2015 mustang and bigger factory cams.

Tuners are not holding back, the VVT does not seem to operate the same way as 11-14. I will post more as we "figure it out" so to speak.

On a Coyote with the CJ manifold, CJ cams, longtubes, and solid tune, you're looking at about 475-485rwhp @8,000 on a dynojet. I only know of one person who's done a full CJ swap on a stock Coyote bottom end. A Roadrunner could see 495-500rwhp on the same dyno with the same setup thanks to its better heads.

You would need to at least install billet oil pump gears for that goal. Getting 550rwhp requires serious RPM's when naturally aspirated.
I plan on running at least 8,500 once I complete the full build. I'll stick to 7,500 for now.

OPGs are a no brainier if you ever remove the timing cover for anything at all IMO.
How easy or hard are the OPG's to fit?

They require the timing case cover and timing chains to be removed. It isn't a job for someone who's only done an oil change, but if you're comfortable with following the service manual(available online, check the M6G wiki page at the very top) it shouldn't be too bad a job.

Since I'm fairly new to the coyote's, are the OPG's considered one of the weak spots and sort of reliability parts that are the common thing to replace first when wanting to start to make more than just regular bolt on power? Are there any other staples to look at for these 15's if somebody wanted to stay N/A? It seems like some of the 11-14 issues I see people talk about have been remedied in these 15's with the valvetrain at least.

It's recommended to replace OPG's and CG's when you start to push high power/rpm. I haven't heard of any failing on 15+ engines, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

The cam gear is actually weaker on the 2015s. Seems to be the only thing that's worse than the 11-14 motors.

Where did you see the service manual link? I only saw Owner's manuals.

He cracked his phasers? I was referring to the crank gear.
