Cobra jet intake installed on my 2018!

I finally installed my cobra jet intake this weekend. The install itself was pretty straight forward, but the fuel rail did have to be slightly modified. Hoping for 480-490 on pump 455whp is my previous number. A huge thanks to
jon and the guys at lund racing for seting me up with the tune

Would like to see before and after dyno curves please. My guess is this manifold increases HP at higher rpm. I would like to see at what sacrifice.

You can't move it, I think the mods will prob move themselves

Numbers will be coming soon. I work at a shop with a dyno so it’s just a matter of me finding the time to strap it down and make some pulls

I’ll see about doing it sometime this week, but I kind of want to wait on a tune revision from Lund. I’m on the baseline tune they provided me with and it’s pretty rich. I’m sure there’s more power to be had with some tweaks to the tune

Congrats on the successful modification! What motivated you to go with the cobra jet? Does it allow for a better sound coming from the front of the car or is it a simple matter of more power? Did the tune you got require special gas? In my town every pump I see with "premium" is only 91 octane. Every tune I have ever seen only allows for 93 or E85. How is it that the factory tune allows for 87 or 93 with variable HP? Do the custom tunes allow for regular gas if you have no choice?

Thank you. My motive for this mod is strictly power related. The sound from the front of the car is relatively unchanged. The tune I have is for 91 octane. Tunes are available for multiple fuel types and octane levels. It’s mostly a matter of ignition timing. It may even be strictly a matter of ignition timing

Awesome work. What throttle body did you use? Did the throttle body work with the factory harness?

10s all motor is where its at!
It's a 6spd car. I thought about the automatic , but didn't want a car that was strictly about running the best e.t. . It's definetly fast and a blast to drive
