Busted bumper..... Not happy

Alright so on my way home tonight I hit a 4 legged critter (I'm not happy about it) doing 60mph ...... We'll end result impact was enough that it broke the clips connecting the bumper to the fender just under the headlight and mashed the fog light housing/turn signal in enough that I can fit my hand between it and the bumper and the entire driver side of the bumper is tweaked enough it won't fully sit right ........ I'm calling my insurance tommoro but curious as to if this might be my ticket to a roush front end or what I would imagine the entire bumper has to be replaced with the amount of clips broken :frusty::frusty::frusty:

Yeah the paint time will be the same so talk to your bodyshop and tell them you will pay for the difference of the Roush bumper.

Apparently a light breeze breaks these clips...

One of my clips on the drivers side got broken somehow...I think it was probably a factory defect. So they replaced the bumper and I am still dealing with them to get the paint right because they keep putting me off!!!

Those things break way too easily.

The only difference with the GT bumper is the grille.

When i had my Ecoboost i bought a GT upper and lower grille and swapped out the EB grille.

ive looked at that option to but the bumper no doubt has to be replaced which I would imagine they would just order it with the grills already in and snap it back on so why not see if they will just throw the roush on or the GT version

The bumper cover gets painted with nothing attached so they service the bumper cover by itself. The only time you can get a bumper assembly is on a truck since it won't be painted. They may order new grilles if they don't want to bother reusing the old ones but that is money they don't have to spend.
