So a couple weeks ago I hit some flying debris on the highway, and it knocked the rubber strip under the front of the splitter lose. Since then it has broken lose a couple times and I've just snapped it back in place. Today it came lose, I put it back on, and it came off within a mile. I finally pulled it off and it is toast from rubbing on the asphalt.
I found the under cover assembly on the Levittown ford site, and it came up as P/N FR3Z17626B. But this part is for the entire assembly. I just need the rubber strip underneath. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get just the rubber strip?
And yes, I'll admit that it failing may have had something to do with me pulling to far forward over curbs...
