Anyhow, I'm new to forum.

Purchased my BULLITT in May of this year with 1902 miles on it. Since then I have installed an H pipe and a oil catch can.

From day one I knew I wanted a Super charger. Did a lot of research, and just literally bought one this past Monday. I went with the "Procharger Supercharger".

I specifically went with the "HO Intercooled Tuner Kit with P-1SC-1 supercharger 1FW604-SCI"
This is a centrifugal system

Roush, Whipple and VMP are "Positive displacement" I believe.

Bottom line is do your research to find out what could potentially hurt your engine (do your homework).

Not looking at Roush. Interested in Whipple stage 1 .
do your homework, Oil pump and gears. also, maybe long tube headers they'll sell you on. research centrifugal supercharger vs positive displacement superchargers (whipple). you have a lot of leg work to do. reach out if you have questions!

didn't see this, for the procharger I posted above, 11k. Oh, and btw, the "Whipple" is not

didn't see this, for the procharger I posted above, 11k. Whipple would be more like 15k-18k with labor. That's because of positive displacement. again, look this stuff up and study. then you will understand.

@Cajunrice Notice a difference only when putting the pedal down hard or also in day-to-day part throttle driving?
Day to day feels fine. Below 3500 boost is minimal. 4K is where the fun starts. If you have never driven a high hp car you have to learn to drive again. You cannot go around mashing the gas. Thatā€™s how you end up hugging a tree. šŸ˜‚

I have the whipple stage 2. I think you should look into a tvs. I drove a vmp odin and a edelbrock car. Those things are a bunch more fun down low. That back to the seat feeling.

Here's a video that may out things into perspective. I have seen first hand that the tvs is a tad bit more fun. Up top the Whipple may have it by a little but I would get a tvs if I could do it all over again.

Watch these three, if you are serious about getting a blower this may help you make your decision. I would stay away from the 2018 + roush superchargers. You can find lots wrong with them if you do your research. However if you need the car to be carb certified for smog I would go whipple or centri.

Power delivery is important. They all make power. But day to day a tvs is very nice.

The psi was roughly around the same boost as my whipple gen 5. The centri is also a good option but I think you shouldn't go with the hype. You are probably never going to use all of that 3.0L whipple with the 25 week backorder. Believe me it is all of 25 weeks + unless you go through someone used or confirmed in stock.

Get a tvs, nice custom tune. Pump gas roll out. You will definitely be happy you got that torque. Huge driving difference.

So I went with the Procharger Supercharger. I was just notified that it has been shipped and headed to the shop that's doing the install and custom tune. I'm thinking it should be installed by Feb 4. I''ll post numbers.

This is the one I got

19 Mustang Bullitt - P1SC-1 ProCharger Kit + Installation & Dyno Tuning

I did a lot of research/homework on Whipple, VMP and the ProCharger, with is self-contained lubrication (SCI).

Procharger by far is the lease invasive system, that still makes 650-700hp without making game changing upgrades to your engine. There's too much type, the only advice I can give is to vet all three thoroughly, and call the manufactures for expert questions.

Goodluck

You can't go wrong with any kit on a coyote. they all respond very well. comes down to budget, goals, driving style, for some looks, etc.

What is the issue with the Roush kit on a Bullitt? The strut tower brace seems to be the biggest obstacle. I am liking the Whipple anyway, but the warranty that comes with the Roush is had to pass too.

How much hp/tq are you making with the blower?

I like the procharger because it keeps the gt350 intake mani, strut brace, and throttle body, itā€™s a self contained system, isnā€™t prone to heat soak in az heat, and least invasive.

with roush youā€™ll need a standard gt throttle body.
