This usually happens when folks buy "cars they can't afford". Saving few bucks on a "yeh that will work for now" type tires are ok. Yes tires and brakes are super important. But since these days most decent tire brands are of "good quality", going for a slightly lower option is fine.

I like the grill with the fog lights built in to it.
