Much Appreciate But im not a twin screw /Whipple Fan i like Centrifugal Blowers Like Vortech /Paxton and turbos ..i hated the 03/04 cobra blowers i had and my Hellcat they were bottom end power and heat generators !!!We exclusively run the Whipple SC on the Steve McQueen Edition & have been very happy with the reliability, performance & fitment of the product.
I would be happy to put you in contact with our national sales manager involved in the program if you would like to discuss.
Best Regards,

But if they would consider installing the vortech V3 JT trim i would consider itMuch Appreciate But im not a twin screw /Whipple Fan i like Centrifugal Blowers Like Vortech /Paxton and turbos ..i hated the 03/04 cobra blowers i had and my Hellcat they were bottom end power and heat generators !!!
Are you doing headers too or keeping the exhaust stock? Are you doing the install yourself?I had the Vortech V-3 HO intercooled kit on my '09 Bullitt. Brenspeed tune. I installed the kit myself. A lot of work as the pulley and belts are a job to route and get the bolts in. But it looked very cool. Polished. Zero issues for maybe 15K miles before I sold the car. Ran great in all weather. Idle good. Won't make the PD torque off the line. Very smooth increase in torque. Easy to change the oil as it uses its own reservoir. Kinda cool sucking sound at idle. You definitely don't want an air-to-air intercooler, though. Not enough heat exchange there.
Plus these cars have oil cooler similar to the Boss 302 so I think they have temps under control as well.
I would look at Brenspeed they are a dealer and their tune was really good on the 4.6. Brent also did the Roush on my '11 GT and again, very good tune. Plus you get to keep the cool Bullitt brace and black injector covers! They are in Indiana and Brent is a very decent guy.
I have never owned a Hellcat. I can say for absolute fact that the Roush TVS 2300 did not heat soak so as I could tell. I remember going to Milan dragway and on the way there the dashboard said 98 F. I did dozens and dozens of runs from when the gates opened until 7PM, so 3 solid hours. The times were constant: with street tires 11.80s from start to finish. 93 octane. Car never missed a beat. I couldn't hook in first, but there was no noticeable difference in performance.
My understanding is that the newer PD blowers such as Whipple and Edelbrock are even better, but I never had an issue. 5-20W. 20K miles on the car before I sold it. Still ran excellent.
I decided on the Whipple as they have a Bullitt tune included so no custom dyno or data logging. I will post my results when I get it installed.
I almost went centri, but these ridiculously long gears convinced me to go PD. Plus the very good reviews.
