How similar do you all think the cans on the Mach 1 are to the Ford Racing cans on Dave's GT?

I think the Ford Racing Borla sport is more higher pitched than the active exhaust on the M1.

I have the SwitchFire on my ‘21 Mach. Love it!!! If it is the only exhaust mod you do it will be worth the paper! No drone, not too loud, all the active options still work as suggested. Easy install, took about 35 minutes. I now have LTH in front of the switch fire and it does get a little loud with them.
Just buy it I promise you will not regret it. Also look at the exhaust from a flow perspective. With the way it necks down the SwitchFire does a great job opening back up into 2x2” tubing on each side. This should in theory help to let the gas expand a touch and create some extra velocity to get it out!

I have the Borla Switchfire along with active Borla S-type mufflers. I also have the Ford Performance tune. With these I can say my Mustang has a Very Unique sound vs other Mustangs. While I wanted Corsa since they are the most popular, I didn't like the sound in person when WOT. Same goes for the Borla Atak. I didn't like the sound of a standard XPIPE at WOT either so I took that off. @JohnnyGT is the only other person on here that I know of, who also has this combination that could also speak to the unique sound that it produces. Also felt it in the butt dyno!

The sound clip sounds great. Is that clip with LT or without? And do you have a supercharger installed?
The video it sounded like blower whine from a Procharger or Vortech.
Thanks

the switchfire is a really nice piece,

if your wanting an h, save yourself quite a bit of money and do a single H, better HP and sound

I installed the switch fire on a 2019 Bullitt which has the same exhaust as the Mach 1 with no fit ent issues
Hi
Can I ask what it’s like on the Bullit ?.
I had the steeda h - Pipe on the Bullitt and it’s not I didn’t like the sound but it sounded too raw for me. Not very smooth or refined in the lower rpm’s.
I’m thinking about this but don’t want to waste money if it’s not what I’m looking for.
Thanks

I have it installed on my '20 GT with active exhaust so that won't help your fitment question. What I can tell you is there is ZERO drone, a deep tone and it does not get trumpety at the top of the rev range. It sounds smooth and refined. A true piece of engineering.
So this works for GT's with Active Exhaust too? Besides cool sound does it add anything to performance? So many addon's claim they do but on a serious dyno it's often marginal.

I have been looking at different options for a resonator delete and the Borla SwitchFire seems to get a lot of positive reviews so I started looking for a supplier and in some cases I am being told it will not fit on the '21 Mach 1... Is this the case or BS? Also interested in your thoughts on the SwitchFire. I can get it in Canada for $597 CAD ($465 USD) with free delivery.
Borla told me the same thing about their full catback system on my 2023 mach1. They hadn’t test fitted beyond 2022 so they wouldn’t guarantee it would fit. It was fine and fit fine. Zero issues and with the full system it comes with the switch fire. I actually sent them videos of it running from under the car so they would update their website at their request.

yes, you can also fit the switchfire in the location of the suitcase resonator.

does it sound deeper? I love the deep sound of some aftermarkets and can't stand rasp. I understand that raspiness comes by nature due to the coyote engine, but looking to eliminate rasp or get a res delete that doesn't have rasp to pair with the s type axlebacks
