Yep, it's worn out. Time to put it to pasture.

I'll give you scrap price for it and come get it.......

Use the throttle (AKA gas peddle) more to drive the car

I don't see how y'all afford this hobby.
I hear ya, Dodd and while I salute and admire those who enjoy tracking their vehicle(s), it is clearly a great deal of work in addition to the expenses. Plus, you absolutely need a dedicated 2/4 post lift and, somewhere to park a 20+ foot trailer, neither of which I have here (or at least that my snooty neighbors would tolerate.) And finally, it's is equally clear that it is a serious time-consuming sport.

If it's you, I say "Give it HELL" and get better and better at the skill. If it's not you, roll however you like says I. :-)

You guys crack me up. Yes, I have a lift and all the tools to do my own work. Quite frankly I feel like fuel is the most expensive part on this car.

I've been through 3 sets of tires and brake pads on this car and have a 2nd track car (Boss 302) that gets a majority of the track time. Didn't track the GT500 at all last year as I was mostly on smaller tracks and feeling out the new OIR track in Missouri.

Put the 500 on OIR this spring and it was amazing - have a lot to learn still.

You dont need the lift but it helps.

Good jack and jack stands work.

It is a lot of work but also ALOT of fun.....
