First 500 miles I varied the speed and driving situations but kept it under 5000 RPM. After that been driving the piss out of it. I have 3 other vehicles and this one is driven the least. I have a Mach-E less than 4 months old that I have put over 7000 miles on.

I was a “Saint” for the first 1000 miles.. kept her under 4K and varied the speed.. Time to Let Er Rip! Now I just need decent weather when I have a day off!

ARE YOU GUY'S doing any brake in miles or are you driving it like you stooled it the day you picked it up?

The manual lists 2 break-in thresholds: 100/1000. I went beyond that and limited my RPMs to 5k for the 1st 100 miles. I then drove it like I stole it. I waited for the 1000 mark before taking the car to the track. I also did my first oil change at 1000.

yep, watched a handful of those and think i even subscribed to the channel. i remember looking for an 00R video, saw the length of yours, and thought "oh, i probably wont watch the whole thing, it's long." then finished it, and a few more in one sitting. great stuff!! very impressive collection, though i know i dont have to tell you that!

Well, next time you fill up, look at the max range number. Well under 200 miles and It makes me laugh every time. Reminds me of riding my '70 Triumph Bonneville. 150 miles per tank. :-)
