I'm not sure how long these have been on their website but oh how I want them!!

By chance, anyone have these? I'm curious if they provide a noticeable amount of downforce. I know everything AJ makes is 100% functional, just wondering by how much. I didn't see any wind tunnel data on the website.

Thank you for posting. I am seriously considering buying their splitter kit.

I have them, along with the splitter/air dam. Going on the car next weekend and will have the car out at Thunderhill next month. Stay tuned.

At first I was where is the 2018+. Then I saw how low it is to the ground. Not very streetable unfortunately.

If you make it modular when you chassis mount, it will take less than a minute to remove. I’ll be doing this, since my front width is already approaching the limits of my trailer, and adding another 3-5” per side with the splitter ain’t gonna help!

I'm also interested.... not sure I can justify the cost, but real world feedback could sway me. Beautiful pieces....

I was thinking about that exactly when I was looking at it. Question is how to do it. Would need more info.

I’ll be doing it with rivnuts, aluminum, a lathe and a brake press. Maybe some TIG and the 3D printer if necessary. Will post up some pics when it’s done.

He’s a good teacher, doesn’t want to be doing all fab work forever for me! Maybe you should swing by too and prove that you *can* teach an old dog new tricks :p

I contacted AJ to see if they would be creating a 2018+ splitter/air dam and the answer was not any time soon as it is a complex process which there is no bandwidth to do at this time.

So I know this discussion started as an 18+ AJ Hartman Aero thread, but with such limited info about his parts elsewhere on the forum, figure this would be as good a place as any to post up pics of how my air dam/splitter/canards install went. I can't take credit for how it all came together; a good friend conjured up the idea, then designed, waterjetted and welded the final product together. Very happy with the end result and will be putting the car through its paces in (2) weekends @ Thunderhill. Will be sure to post up pics, vids and data on my FB racing page afterwards.

End result. Tough to tell from this angle, but the splitter and canards line up perfectly with the tire and should do a great job directing proper airflow:

Steeda K-member? I like his stuff but it looks like it goes way too low for the street. Looks like a race only thing.

Yep, their road race version. FWIW, the splitter has more ground clearance than my frame rails, long tube headers, FP350S pan, etc - about 3.75”.
