No wonder some folks would like to have those for R&D purposes!!!! Coastal-Mach, can we count on you to provide a thread of how your R&D progresses? I'd like to see all the different creative ways folks come up with to utilize that grille.

You sure can count on me for a thread. If you do some research you will find that some forum members are looking for a fog light kit, better than what is provided now. Those pieces would be great for that purpose.

If you will look at the thread, I asked the question of obtaining them before the mention of the grill price. If the OP doesn't want to get rid of them, that's fine as well.

Im keeping them along with the stock intake, airbox, and accessories. Ive added a Whipple

Get a flange made on a 3D printer that has like a velocity stack with a rounded inlet on it and can be either screwed, riveted, epoxied or secured to the factory insert aster drilling the appropriate size hole and have the backside made to the same diameter as a brake rotor cooling hose, attach the hose and run it all the way to the airbox?

Question - are these removable and able to be attached back on? Or once you take it off can it not be fixed back on?

When the entire front is off they just snap off with clips...

And with some hand acrobatics, they can both be taken off and placed back on without taking the front end off. Just the plastic cover on top of the radiator needs to be taken off so that you can slide them out between the radiator. When putting back on, you can put your fingers trough the grill and press them back in.
