2021 GT 10R80 when slowing down, engine in the 1250 ish RPM range, there is a strange vibration, can’t really tell where it’s coming from, anyone else experience anything like this?
Amazon - there are three options, polished, carbon, and brushed - get the brushed - it matches perfectly.
the dead pedal just pops out - three clips, just reach behind and pull. Clean it real, real, real good, get the metal cover lines up right - it wont come off once the glue sticks.
Mustang...
I have heard the same thing - but what I hear is that this was a 2018 only thing - if your speedo and tach has the recess for the halo, but nothing filling them, it is NOT compatible. I haven't attempted those forescan changes. Thought about it, but haven't' tried...maybe somebody in the know...
So, it is not just one electtrical connector plugged into the mirror? You are saying that you had unused connectors for those features sitting inside the door?
UPDATE - Royal Purple quieted the tick gradually, until it was not at all noticeable....I went back to Motorcraft, and the tick has returned, just as it was before the Royal Purple.
2016 California Special - the part numbers in the photos above - if there IS a 100% match to the base trim, I have yet to find it...this one is very, very close, very similar pattern, lightly lighter silver color (maybe) but the diamonds are shaped by black on my dash vent trim and headlamp...

I attempted to sort of fold the leather over, and zip tie over it, but it just would not hold together - so I put a couple zip ties under the boot, and it pretty much worked….I think I could make it a bit better, gle or something….i am open to suggestions
my 2015 did not display this when switching into track mode, and my 2021 doesn’t either. My car was a base model that now has drive modes with sync 3 - I don’t know what all was changed with Forscan because Harness by Hextall made all the changes for me - but I bet they know.
I installed my AeroForce OBDII gauge - I had one of these from 2009-2013 in my 1996 Thunderbird, always liked it, but Have t had one in ten years….instead I had Linear Logic ScanGauge II which was also quite good, but won’t fit too well in this car. I found a long discontinued center vent gauge...
Did you ever remove all the packing material, weld it back up, and reinstall? Curious if it would be significantly louder or different (worse) souding?
