Adjustable strut top mounts

Finally got my dealer to find my strut mounts that came with the handling package.
Now,, I am not sure if I trust them to install them since they have played so dumb on this thing.
I am thinking I will pick up the parts, but maybe not put them on right now. I may never
track the car, or it wont be much if I do. Bothers me that they got paid to install them, never did
and now I am not comfortable having them do it. Anyone else go thru this?
Should I ask for the install money?

It's not really install money per se, they get a voucher from Ford Performance for reimbursement. I asked my dealer not to install mine because I wanted to wait until I got the FP lowering springs. I'm not sure there can be anything done with the voucher if it's not used by the dealer who ordered the car.

You will never see the money and no other dealer will install the camber plates without you paying for it. The selling dealer is the only one getting reimbursed for the install. I'm in the same boat.
